Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

One Grey Day wants our customers to be happy with the quality, fit and overall experience of purchasing product with us through onegreyday.com If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping charges. If the reason for your return is that you are claiming the item you received was already in a damaged condition you must notify us within ten days of receipt. No refund or exchange will be processed without the return form fully completed and included in the return package. To receive the form, please email us at care@onegreyday.com OR call us at (818) 649 - 5111 during normal business hours (9am-4pm PST, M-F). All refunds will be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.

SHIPPING

All one grey day online orders are shipped via UPS ground unless an express service is selected. ** Please note that all online orders are guaranteed to ship out within the next business day from when the order is placed and all delivery times will be based on this. You will receive an email with your tracking a soon as it is available.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your full priced item / items for something else you may do so and one grey day will pay for the shipping both ways within the United States besides Hawaii and Alaska.

SALES OR DISCOUNT PURCHASES:

Only exchanges are allowed for any items purchased on SALE or using a discount code, customers will also be responsible for the shipping back of the sale or discounted items for exchange.
